Rules for publications:
To publish an article, please send the following files to imrvm@dvm-ati.ru by December 07 (including):
- Materials (including tables, figures and bibliography) up to 3 A4 pages. File name - the first author's last name + the first 2 words of the article title
- Anti-plagiarism certificate - a file, named the same as the article file (70% originality)
- Articles for publication are accepted in any European language with abstract written in English. Publication of materials is free of charge in the conference proceedings. The collection of materials will be posted in the Russian Science Citation Index.
- Articles will be posted without editorial or proofreading edits, in the author's version. Responsibility for the content of the materials rests with the authors.
- The editorial board reserves the right to reject materials that do not correspond to the conference topic or the requirements for design.
Requirements for the design of materials
Thesis can be submitted and published in Russian, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
Despite the language of the main part, each manuscript should have Abstract in English
Materials are presented in the following format:
• Word format (.doc, .docx)
• Page size A5
• Times New Roman font
• 14 font size for the main text, 12 font size for tables
• Indentation of the first line of the main text 1.25
• 1.0 line spacing
• No automatic hyphenation
• Abbreviations must be explained in the text. Latin names of genera and species are italicized.
• Tables: 12 font size. Table titles are printed in bold and centered. Tables are numbered if there is more than one. The text must contain a reference to the table. When designing tables, the word table is written in the upper right corner with the number (Table 1), followed by the title of the table.
• WITHOUT DRAWINGS OR ILLUSTRATIONS
• Up to 3 pages
• The list of references is formatted as follows:
• Times New Roman font, italic, 12 font size, line spacing 1.0.
• Number of sources – from 5 to 7
• Acceptable self-citation – no more than 20%.
• References to Russian-language and foreign sources are formatted in accordance with APA
• Listing of sources in alphabetical order
The file should be named by the last name of the first author and the first two words of the article title.
Format materials according to the sample.
• First, indicate the title of the article: in capital letters, bold font, alignment – centered. Then, in the left corner, type the last name(s) with initials of the author(s) and scientific supervisor(s), name of the organization, city, country.
• Then provide an abstract, which should contain up to 400 characters. After the abstract, provide keywords (3-7 words).
• After an empty line – the main text (alignment by field width, automatic hyphenation, paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm).
• References to literature (5-7 titles) are provided in square brackets [1, 2-4], bibliography – at the end of the materials in alphabetical order.
